Five stars! About a year and a half ago I came to Russell with what seemed to be an impossible case to win and he told me I had a low percentage of walking away with the outcome I was asking for. However today my case got settled and it ended just how I was hoping. He really had his work cut out for him with this one and proved himself to be as good as everyone had told me he was! If I could give a hundred stars I would. I had a very complex case from 2021. It was just resolved this month. I did not step foot in court for 3 years almost. It was amazing how it went so smooth in court . Mr Dement was fabulous. It is so evident the district attorney's office is beyond incompetent. They have continued this case for 3 years due to lack of everything. Today they tried again and Mr Dement argued the continuance and said 3 years is long enough for you to get prepared.
